Classroom collaboration and classroom discussions. When the students and I are interacting with each other and sharing ideas.

Skill analysis of speedball game, where I filmed the entire match and provided a DVD of it to all students to then take home and identify fitness components essential to their performance. Then linked to training program, performance enhancement etc

One of the best lessons I've ever run was teaching Biomechanics to a senior PE class. I set up 8 different laptops with a particular skill playing on loop on each. Students had to walk around to the different laptops and identify the different bio mechanical principles in effect and answer set questions at each station.

Giving work at the beginning of the lesson and having students return work electronically. Easy to mark and make changes then return to them so they can track the changes.
